About Andrea

A dynamic and engaging speaker, entrepreneur, author, adjunct-professor, and community pastor, Andrea Humphrey’s mission is to help bring transforming power to all who desire a better life. She offers life changing skills in a practical and effective manner to the Fortune 500 executive, as well as the stay at home mother and those living anywhere between the two.

In 2003, Andrea and her husband started H.O.P.E.'s House Christian Ministries which reaches over 700 people weekly with 21 different outreaches. In 2009, she founded the Hope Community Development Center Inc., which provides holistic resources for men, women and children of all ages, ethnicities and social-economic statuses.

After beginning her career as a financial analyst in the aerospace industry, she then spent most of her career with The Walt Disney Company (20 years) in both an International Finance capacity and as an Executive Development Manager and Coach.

A true “transformation specialist” at heart, Andrea owns a consulting firm (I.Q. Training, Inc.) and has served as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Northridge in the School of Business.

Andrea is a sought after speaker, life coach, and seminar presenter, known for using truth and humor in a personal and relatable way to encourage those who are truly interested in being transformed into more productive individuals and becoming effective contributors to the world. She is also the author of “More Than Just His Wife” (It’s Time to Come Out of the Shadows) which can be found on Amazon, Kindle and Barnes & Noble and the soon to be released “Transformed for Purpose”.

Married for 28 years, Andrea lives in Southern California’s San Fernando Valley with her husband Charles and two daughters, Lauryn and Sydney.
